By "BZ" I mean Bugzilla, but even that's not really correct anymore
since Bill Marriott did a wonderful overhaul of RunRev's bug-tracking
system.  So let me take it from the top:

RunRev maintains a publicly-accessible database of bug reports and
feature requests:

Any Rev user can create an account there, and you can review existing
reports and create new ones.

The folks at RunRev use that database, and to some degree the voting
feature for each record, as one of several guides for working on the
product.

It takes only a minute to create an account, and opens the door to the
best way to log bugs and feature requests.
