No - but it'd be very handy.  As it stands using an image tends to be a 
problem with each different version of OSX painting it fainter and fainter. 
AFA Windows goes, we could paint it turqoise for all some people would 
notice (yes I know I'm being cynical - but after all these years on Windows 
I've seen some really, really horrible user interfaces).
