Maybe then:

Code Examples
Tutorials
Beginner Topics
Templates

I see this as being useful not just for beginners, but for all of us, 
hence the code examples and even tutorials for more advanced subjects 
such as CGI's.

I mentioned to someone off list that if we encourage everybody when 
posting a code example to post it to the Wiki rather than the list, 
with a link from the list to the example, this would go a long way to 
creating a highly useful Wiki for all.
