Dear Sivakatirswami,

The resizeQuality of an image can be set as follows:

set the resizeQuality of <image> to <normal|good|best>

However, if you are going to make a photo editing tool, you probably  
want to use the JPEGQuality property. Setting the global  
paintCompression property to JPEG could also help.
