Menubar on Windows???

You can have a card that is used just to hold controls.  You can then  
have your program have only one menubar group on the application  
window at a time.  When you want to switch out the menus to meet your  
needs, you could remove the group and copy and paste in the  
appropriate one from the card that holds all your interchangeable  
controls.
