jjAnswerFTPfile and jjAnswerFTPfolder

I've already started a list for improving this:

make "new folder" button work
include window title as a parameter
replace ">" with a cute little folder icon
make "OK" button label change to "Open" at appropriate times (when  
folder single clicked)

Please add requests if you'd like.
