3 button mice with Macs.

In the light of the recent spate of postings it might
be time for Runtime Revolution to accept that modern
Macintosh computers use multi-button mice [c.f.
Apple's Mighty Mouse], and take that into account in
the programming languages.

I seem unable to get RR to detect clicks from either
the 2nd or 3rd button on my Logitech mouse: this is a
BAD THING.
