How to get a JPEG from a favicon file?

Hello,

Of course this is on Win32.
I would like to display fav icons into an urls list (handling such a  
list is not the problem ;-)
I'm able to retrieve a favicon.ico file from a website.
But then how can I get an image that will be able to be displayed in  
Rev from such a file?
Any idea really welcome :-)
