Plugins folder in v2.7?

Not to mention that the location for the plugins goes against all  
reason. The documents folder is for user documents, NOT active  
program plugins. The appropriate location for this on OSX would be in  
the ~/Library/Application Support/Revolution/plugins folder.

Which of course, the IDE should create for you if it doesn't already  
exist.
