has a cosmetic problem with the HTML at clause 12 (there a "<br/>"
where there should be a "</br>").

Also, the link in clause 13 to
http://www.hinduismtoday.com/digital/html/policy.shtml results in a
404 message. As does the
http://www.himalayanacademy.com/contact.html
link at the bottom of the page.
