Missing Report Builder

Hi Kresten,

As others have pointed out ReportBuilder is depracated.

I bought and heartily recommend Dan's book "Printing
in Revolution".  It answered many such questions for
me and it's a good read to boot.  See link below.
At $5 it's a steal...
