Sorry for the confusion,  looking for a customer relationship management program kind of like ACT goldmine, now up to date, daylite, etc.  but it doesn't need to manage sales and billable accounts.   want something to manage specifics, appt dates,
link to word files, give a history of activities. be customizeable.

would something like that be doable.
