[ANN] ToolTip Tricks

I just had a chance to clean up my Tooltip stacks and combine them  
into one stack. The stack shows some examples and ways to play with  
tooltips in Revolution. There are a couple of different ways to tweak  
the tooltip behavior that most people don't realize at first glance.
