Ken, I think they got the "RevZilla" thing from my cgi script. I had adapted a cgi from somewhere and "RevZilla" was in the comments.

I had emailed them again about this, but they pretty much said, "We're not touching our configuration so forget it!"

Meanwhile I followed up on Stephen's suggestion to look into Dreamhost. Stephen, I can confirm that rev [linux] will run on their system.
