adding to a stack

if you want to make a complete copy of an exiting card, go to it and
type "clone this card" into the Message box. When you press Enter, a
duplicate card will be created.

If you look at the Inspector palette for a card, you will see a
number. This is the order of the card in the stack and you can edit
this number directly in the Inspector.
