Restricting display to 1024*768 on wider screens, - still unsolved !!!

Hi

If you had four images (left,top,right,bottom) you could place them around 
your workspace to block out the rest. They would need to be large to cater 
for high resolution screens but it would work. If they are a single block 
color you could stretch small ones to fit.
