Standalone Runtimes for Classic Mac and Unix/Linux?

RunRev has promised these engines are forthcoming. Based on their
prior track record, I'd suggest it may be a week or less but I don't
work for them or speak for them (and they are very glad on both
counts, I'm sure!)
