[ANN] libDatabase 2.0.1.20

I've uploaded a new version of libDatabase 2.  RevDB has some issues  
when using arrays with binding under certain circumstances (well, all  
circumstances with PostGreSQL).  What this means  to the average user  
is that libdb_updateTable and libdb_addToTable wouldn't work.
