No Resize on Windows?

The downside is that setting the decorations to false turns off the 
liveResizing property, needed for a good OS X feel.

In the meantime this works for all cases except going to another stack 
in the same window:

on preOpenStack
  if the platform is "MacOS" then
    set the liveResizing of this stack to true
  else
    set the decorations of this stack to default
  end if
  pass preOpenStack
end preOpenStack
