hiliting only one button of a group

Hello All,

I want to reproduce a radio-button
group behaviour, but with push
buttons. I.e., only one push
button of a group of push button
can appear hilited (recessed?)
at a time.

BTW, the Archive Search plugih,
which usually works -- and 
very well at that! -- doesn't
appear to be working. It's now
returning empty search results
continually.
