Hi Richard,

OS X Server comes with QT Streaming Server.  It is what you are  
looking for.  If you are going to use Rev as the client to play the  
videos, then you should be aware of bug:  <http://support.runrev.com/ 
bugdatabase/show_bug.cgi?id=1239>
