Have just uploaded to RevOnline a "Text Importer"
stack 
with 3 buttons using the code offered by Devin Asay
and 
Franz Böhmisch.

It may be used to demonstrate UTF-16 and UTF-16
import,
and, additionally, how useless RTF import is!
