All the older distributions up through 2.6.1 are available at the ftp 
link Richard mentioned before:

<ftp://ftp.runrev.com/pub/revolution/downloads/engines/>

The latest 2.7 distribution can be downloaded directly from the 
"download" web page at the RR site.
