very simple :

let's say we have 2 grps of flds :
- grp 1 featuring flds 1 to 5 (with layers 1 to 5)
- grp 2 featuring flds 6 to 10 (with layers 6 to 10)

if you change layer of fld 7 (in grp 2) from 7 to 2,
then that fld is automatically moved to grp 1 and becomes
fld 2 of grp 1...
