[ANN] darzTimer, a plugin for high-res timing in development

Thanks everybody for advice and goodies.  It's about time I gave back  
again.  Here it is.

The folks at Dar's Lab (a division of Dar Scott Consulting) are  
pleased to make available to the Revolution community the darzTimer  
plugin.  The plugin allows you to insert and remove a timing API for  
use in the IDE during development.  Timing resolution is typically  
better than a microsecond on OS X and Windows.  Yes, even Windows!   
All libraries and externals are built-in, so you don't have to worry  
about where to put those.  Simply drop the plugin into the plugins  
folder in your Revolution installation and you are ready.  There is a  
simple demo stack to try timing an operation that takes a variable  
length of time.
