Installing and Using Revolution as a CGI on Tierra.Net (was Dreamhost)

Stephen-

I just switched my domain over to jaguarpc.net this morning and got
rev cgi working in almost no time! It would have been just drag and
drop, but I managed to get my line endings screwed up in the scripts.
Once I got that sorted out everything's working fine. OTOH, I don't
have anything good to say about my old host, mactechdomains.com (aka
secureserver.net).
