It's gotta be the 'readme.cmc' file which says in part:

 > As is the case for UNIX console-mode development, there are no script
 > length limits in this engine, and use of this engine free but
 > unsupported.

Point being, for server-side MC Unix & Win32 engine use 'the 
scriptLimits' property was set to 0, indicating no limit.
