Is there a free/open PAD generator written in Rev?

I've seen many non-Rev PAD generators, but most of them have UIs I don't 
care for and I'm looking for something I can integrate with my automated 
build system.

I could write one myself, but I hate to spend the time if there's one 
already out there....
