ANN: Info-Matic, a too to manage information

Sounds intriguing, Roger, but I can't get it to download. Your other  
stacks download fine from RevOnline but this one produces no visible  
result.

Maybe a transient glitch or I moved too fast. But I thought you  
should know anyway.
