All of this depends on how the FREF resource is set up - that 
determines which file type is associated with which icon.

By convention, the app icon is supposed to be ID 128, with file icons 
starting with 129. But as long as the FREF resource is set up 
correctly, other IDs will work. It looks like the standalone builder 
has the conventional ordering reversed, but this shouldn't hurt 
anything.
