matchText handler not found

Hi,

After yesterday's good advice on regex, I wanted to try "matchText". My
installation (2.5.1) doesn't find the  handler. Is there something
special about the matchText function. In fact, I don't recall any of the
documented functions being found.

 

Perhaps I didn't install correctly?
