Where do I put icons?

sorry, but Rev does not support the ICO format.

You will have to convert them to GIF, PNG or JPG format
to be able to use them.

The term "icon" in Rev might be a bit misleading since it
only means "images (of any size!) displayed inside of buttons" :-)
