open with on windows does not work with rev. Heeeeeelp :-)

Simpler because they just take a copy paste. No opening a dialog, click
on a tab, search your type, click "advanced" or edit, choose your file,
click ok...

ASSOC .rev=RunRevFile
This line sets up your file type... as seen in "Ftype /?"
