Application in foreground

And on Windows you can do it with VBScript:

  set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
  WshShell.AppActivate <<TITLE_OR_ID>>

where <<TITLE_OR_ID>> is the title of a window or a process ID number.
