Of courze _you_ would.  Look at you: you hang out on programming lists. ;)

I'll work overtime to avoid having to force users to make decisions they 
didn't ask to make.  This is the sort of thing that's normally handled 
in Prefs with some reasonbable default, but alas it involves Prefs 
itself so it's less straightforward.

Fortunately Mark Weider has done the work of wrestling with the 
externals SDK, and with any luck he'll post his compiled DriveType DLL 
soon....
