After you have created your button on the PayPal web site, look at the 
second box called "Link for Emails".  Copy that url.

Call the url with the revGoURL command.  Like so...

    revGoURL "https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_xclick&bu...."
