Hi Frédéric,
Actually, VideoGrabber does work with QT on Windows.
Unfortunately, there are very few capture cards delivered with QT
driver on Windows.
You can try a software like winVDIG that allows to drive any video
grabber with QT on Windows
http://www.vdig.com/WinVDIG/index.html
I haven't tested the last release.
