digital timers

Anyone have a digital timer they'd be willing to share, or at least  
get me started on creating my own?

I need two different timers, one that counts up from 0 to 60 and one  
that counts up from 0 to 3, and keeps repeating until the 60-second  
timer has finished.

If anyone has some ideas, I'd be very grateful.
