Useless ToolTips in the property Inspector

I have play with prefs.
This still not good.

Prefs just switch 

        Tab On Return   <=>   autoTab

I want to see description:
    what it do:

For example:

    Lock Text => lock text from future changes.
                 you still can change it programmatically.
