Here's number three:

Xlate.rev is a proof-of-concept stack that demonstrates the use of
libTranslator. Xlate shows two peer-to-peer client stacks that allow
for real-time translated conversations. Each client selects a native
language and the text is translated when sent.

Note: don't operate heavy machinery or nuclear power plants with the
translated text.
