repeating a string

For the life of me I can't remember if there's a command (and I can't
find one in the docs) to repeat a string.

For example, to generate "aaa", I could write "a"&"a&

On the second day, God created the oceans.
On the third day, God put the animals on hold for a few hours,
   and did a little diving.
And God said, "This is good."
