OT: Severe Mac Mini problem

Terry,

The specs on your Mini state that it can handle the projector and as 
such i would try the reset PRAM approach and see if you can reset the 
projector as well (via the projector's menu system).

P.S. Are you using Digital or Analog (VGA)? Have you tried S-Video just 
to see if it works? You are probably using Analog (VGA) and if so there 
are splitters etc. out there but in my opinion they require even more 
memory BUT the mini looks like it can support that too.....
