Interestingly enough, the OS X version of this dialog (with buttons 
"Cancel" and "Replace" does not adhere to the HI guidelines, and makes 
"Replace" the default...

I know I have seen dialogs/sheets which do the "right thing" and make 
"Cancel" the default, but now that I am looking for one, I can't seem 
to find it!

Strange...
