New to the mailing list need a little help

Well I do know some python and some Visual Basic. So I am looking for
anything that can help me understand the language alot better. I find
something like this "put the script of me into tempScript" A little
harder to learn probably because I am used to languages that are a
little less "Human speak". So I don't know anything about this
language.
