Problems with Application Icons

Thanks very much Sarah,
Unfortunately that didn't work. In fact further experimentation shows me
that I can't set up an icon on any Rev standalone on the Mac. I can attach
an icon manually afterwards - it is just a bit of a pain when it worked
before.
