[REM] Rev Preferences Transfer

Following Eric's useful post about transferring  preferences, if you are 
using your Scripter's Scrapbook as a plugin, your  Scripter's Scrapbook file along 
with its companion ssbkPlugins folder) can also  be re-located to your new 
Rev 2.6 plugins folder.
