resizeable stacks

WOW! A *SERIOUS* bug!!

I created a windows stack, set the live resizing to true, and for 
certain, could not resize it. So, I set it to false, and it STILL could 
not resize. I had to change the decorations in order to 'reset' the 
resizing flag.
