Download the stack:
"penToolv032d" from:

This Beta version has many glitches, so you
must not run this stack while working in
other important projects in RR, MC or DC.

This release include tools (in Beta) to
add, delete and convert vertex and control
points in vector graphics created with
the tools of this stack.

Report errors (with recipe to replicate,
