Remember the original mouse? To select a word: click at the beginning of it
with the first button; click at the end of it with the THIRD button.
OUCH!
Personally I prefer to "mouse" with a trackpad - even on a desktop computer -
unlike a mouse, the trackpad is always in the same place, never falls off the
pad (or desk), requires relatively little motion.
