Not just Standalone problems

One other thing you might want to get into the habit of doing is using 
my altClean plugin. It removes a bunch of properties RR stores in the 
stack (including breakpoints and htmltext of scripts). You'll find it 
also saves a lot of space, as much as 60% of your stack size!

Of course, when Rev builds a standalone, it does all this automatically, 
but if you distribute your stacks with a splash screen standalone, then 
it's a real good idea to altClean them before posting the final 
versions. Especially if the final stacks are to be downloaded from online.
